Autumn Racing in the Central West - get amongst it!

April sees the Golden West Race Club host two massive race meetings - The Orange Cup/Colour City Cup on Sunday, 10th April at Towac Park, Orange and the Soldier's Saddle Race Meeting on Monday, 25th April ( Tuesday 26th being a public holiday!) at Tyers Park, Bathurst.

The Orange Cup Day features DELICIOUS dining options in the glassed grandstand rooms, with oodles of sensational kids entertainment - including world famous magician 'Joey Presto' performing in the Garden Games enclosure. In Bathurst, this year's Soldier's Saddle (April, 25th, 2011) has an outdoor festival atmosphere with the 'infield' marquee area, DJs, food stalls, massive LED screen and all the traditional racing festivities. While we offer dining packages for smaller groups, the beauty of your own area is that you have a base to work from and are not dependent on other facilities. Mini marquees are the perfect arrangement for a group of up to 15 people. Packages include entry, race books and gourmet catering (if required).Larger Private Marquees can create an air of exclusivity and make a statement about your business. They are suited for groups of over 30.
